Sue Love has teamed up with Derek Bradbury to form Bradbury Love Associates which brings together their combined HR Director level experience to offer strategic HR support to larger SMEs to help in business transformations and people projects.

Our Experience

With a combined experience of 55 years, Derek Bradbury and Sue Love have worked across a range of sectors including retail, engineering, leisure, FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, direct sales and the public sector in roles at a strategic HR level in large corporate companies.

Both are trained Executive Leadership mentors and coaches, are Fellows of the Chartered Institute People Development and run their own successful independent HR consultancy businesses.

They have joined together as they recognise their complimentary commercial, operational and HR skills gained in ‘blue chip’ businesses. They understand the needs of SMEs. Both have a proven track record of retaining clients after the first assignment  and have a wide and extensive network of HR professionals to call on to support them.
